Incinerators of thermolysis type «Whirlwind»
Incinerators “Whirlwind” are indicated for destruction of solid, liquid or pasty organic industrial and municipal waste (incl. medical, biological, medicaments), with destruction capacity - from 250 up to 1500 kg of waste in hour.
Operation description
Under high temperature tension (1100°С) waste intended to be destructed splits up into synthetic gas and pyrocarbon in the thermolysis chamber. The synthetic gas and pyrocarbon enter the combustion chamber to be mixed up with oxidizer (air) and burn in the turbulent flow under 1300°С.
The turbulence allows to conduct total burning of synthetic gas and pyrocarbon due to effective mixing of burning products and increase of their passing time in the combustion chamber (from 3 up to 4 seconds).
