Technology of “UOMI”

At temperature of 1100 °С synthetic gas and pyrocarbon are produced in the gas generation chamber. They enter the combustion chamber to be burnt there simultaneously in a turbulent flow at 1300 °С. The turbulence allow to perform full combustion of the synthetic gas and pyrocarbon due to effective mixing of burning products and increasing of their passing time in the combustion chamber (from 3 up to 4 seconds).

The burning products having temperature of 1300 °С and avoiding any contact with environment enter a heat exchanger and are cooled (frozen) there due to a considerable temperature fall from 1300 °С down to 90 °С during 5 seconds.

"On the incineration of waste"

The equipment for the incineration shall be designed, equipped and operated in such a way, that the gases resulting from the process of incineration of waste stay under a temperature not lower than 850 °С.

If hazardous wastes with a content of more than 1 % of halogenated organic substances, expressed as chlorine, are incinerated, the temperature has to be raised to 1100 °C for at least two seconds.
