of recycling plants “Whirlwind”

Under temperature of 1100°C and air insufficiency in the combustion chamber (furnace) of the plant “Whirlwind” the waste, which is to be utilized, splits up into synthetic gas (combustible gas) and pyrocarbon. The synthetic gas and pyrocarbon enter the combustion chamber to be mixed up with additional (secondary) air, inflame and burn in the turbulent flow under 1300°С.
The turbulence allows to perform the total combustion of synthetic gas and pyrocarbon due to effective mixing of combustion products and increase of their passing time in the combustion chamber (from 3 up to 4 seconds).
The effluent combustion products of synthetic gas of 1100-1300°C under rarefication due to smoke exhaust, are directed in the recovery boiler “KU”, where the energy of effluent gases (heat) are transferred to the heat carrier (water, thermal oil etc.), which circulates in the heat-exchange case of the recovery boiler by means of the pump. The effluent gases, having transferred their energy to the heat carrier, come through the smoke flues in the chimney, and the heat carrier, having got the thermal energy, enters the heating system or is used for other intended production needs.
